Recently returned from the Disagreement edition of the Knowledge, Belief, and Normativity project in Amsterdam. [PICS] Naturally, Rich Feldman wrapped up the conference with his keynote speech.

One thing that spiced things up was the fact that there were three of Rich's recent students were there, two of whom were dissertating on disagreement (though that wasn't my topic, I was at the conference presenting a descendant of a paper for Rich's disagreement seminar). So, as you can imagine, we were...primed.

To top it all off, we were all over six feet tall, and Jon weighs in at about 23o and Shawn must be pushing 250. In light of our imposing presence and lack of tolerance for reasonable disagreement, Bruce Russell composed this fine poem.

"Team Feldman"

Bruce Russell

Better watch out

We’re full of biomass

You try to mess with Rich

And we’ll kick your ass.

Team Feldman!

We’re Trent and Jon

The big man’s Shawn

You come at our man

You’ll never see the dawn.

Team Feldman!

Yo externalists

Better keep away

Attack our Rich

You’re really gonna pay.

Team Feldman!

Reject foundationalism

Say it’s all coherence?

Better not forget

We’re runnin’ interference!

Team Feldman!

Wanna make nice

With “agree-to-disagrees”?

Try that on Rich

And we’re gonna break your knees.

Team Feldman!

Now we all know

We play a gentle game

But lay a hand on Rich

And you’re gonna pull up lame.

Team Feldman!
